Bench Press

This morning, I was working. Lots of steps with doing a patrol but now is time to put on some meat.

Rebounding - 20 minutes. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/8 reps/225lbs.


Every progressive set at 225lbs I moved my hands one finder closer. Finishing with a narrow grip Bench Press. Nice pump.
