SSB Squats

Lots of walking today at work and kind of a stressful day. No energy for squats. I needed to squat to decompress but no real rage. Still a pretty alright day.

Rebounding - 20 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - bar/12 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/140lbs, 230lbs/6 reps, 320lbs/4 reps, 340lbs/2 reps.



No where near potential. Lots left in the tank. All reps were not difficult physically. Mentally, I was gassed even before I started. Now it's family time. I'm down for that for sure.
