OH Trap Bar Press - 2 sets/10 reps/35lbs (bar), 85lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/4,6,6,8 reps/135lbs.
Yes, you read that right. I pressed my trap bar overhead. It felt like a combination of log and viking press. Gonna do these again for sure.
