Squats

Body feels much better than last week. Squats feel quite normal. I didn't push too hard just incase. Everything stayed together. 

Rebounding - 20 minutes. 

Theragun lower body.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 2 sets/1 rep/385lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs.


Static Stretches. 

Feeling pretty good. Time to step on the gas for Deadlifts For Dreams. 16 September.
