Post Fishing Training

Got home from fishing early enough to do some training. OH Pressing is scheduled. 

Rebounding - 20 minutes.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Kettlebell Swings - 40lbs/20 reps, 40lbs+orange band/20 reps, 40lbs+orange band/20 reps.


OH Dumbbell Press - 30lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/12 reps/50lbs.


Hangs - 10,10,25,20 seconds. 


Light Stretches. 

A bit of a patchwork program but still felt great.
