OH Barbell Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/8,10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/155lbs, 175lbs/8 reps.
Best overhead work in a long time. These all felt really good. Now I've sweat through everything. Time for a shower and change.
