Buffalo Bar Squats

My last post was Thursday. That doesn't mean that I haven't been keeping busy. I worked Friday through Monday. Saturday and Sunday I got lots of steps with patrols. Plus I also did lots of rebounding. This morning there was a thunder storm. It was short lived but there was lots of rain.

Right now it's 27°C buy feels closer to 30°C with the humidity. Time for Squats!

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches. 

Buffalo Bar Squats - 135lbs/10 reps, 185lbs/9 reps, 235lbs/8 reps, 285lbs/7 reps, 335lbs/6 reps.



Static Stretches. 

I weighed the bar and plates. Everything came out to 342lbs. Cool! Now I gotta get a shower and something to eat.
