Confusing

My injury has been feeling non-existent lately. Time to try and get this rig back on the road.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/1 rep/315lbs, 405lbs/1 rep, 495lbs/1 rep.


495lbs felt like a last warm up or an extremely easy opener. I'm a bit surprised but very happy. This is a great place to start to get ready for Deadlifts For Dreams in a month.
