Tire Deadlifts

Yesterday was stinking HOT and I had a bit of running around to do in the morning. I didn't do much but still managed 30 minutes of rebounding to get my steps over 10500.

Today is really nice. Warm but not hot. A wonderful day to train outside on the driveway. I was hoping to show improvement in my grip however, it wasn't to be. When I fail I punish myself. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Light Stretches

Tire Deadlifts - (OH Grip) 2 sets/6 reps/165lbs. 235lbs/6 reps, 325lbs/1 rep, 375lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/miss all/415lbs. (Normal Grip) 2 sets/6 reps/415lbs, (OH Grip) 325lbs/6 reps.



Feeling good. No belt. Again lots of room to push further.
