Bench Press with Chains

More fun a games with my toys today. 

Rebounding - 60 minutes. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 4 sets/4,4,4,5 reps/225lbs + 135lbs Chain.


OH Mini Band Presses (external rotation) - 5 sets/12 reps/last set with 10lbs dumbbells.
 

OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/16 reps/45lbs.

A friend recommended the OH Mini Band Presses to help correct elbow flair when pressing overhead. These felt great alternating with Bench Press.
