SSB and Chains

On Saturday, I rebounded for about an hour then did the following. 

Bent Over Barbell Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

I watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Lots of fun.

On Sunday, I rebounded for an hour then went to a BBQ with my wife.

Today I worked then got out to the garage for some training. 

Rebounding - 35 minutes. 

Leg Swings with Band and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/50lbs (bar), 140lbs/6 reps, 140lbs + 130lbs/6 reps, 230lbs/6 reps, 230lbs + 130lbs/6 reps, 280lbs + 130lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/8 reps/140lbs.




These felt great with the chains.
