Rebounding and Hangs

This morning I spent about two hours with my chainsaw, splitting axe and sledgehammer. I have five HUGE chunks of wood that need to be split or cut up small enough to burn. I managed to get two finished and two split in half. Quite physically demanding. 

This evening I did the following. 

Rebounding - 60 minutes. 

Static Hangs - 15 sec, 30 sec.


Active Hangs - 2 sets/6 reps (~15 sec).

The active hangs differ by squeezing my lats together. I'm surprised my grip lasted for 30 seconds. Current bodyweight is 340lbs.
