OH Pressing and More Bouncing

Yesterday I bounced for an hour then tried out my OH Pressing strength. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Standing Barbell Press - 2 sets/bar/12 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 155lbs/6 reps, 175lbs/6 reps, 195lbs/2 reps, 205lbs/1 rep.




Klokov Press - 4 sets/12 reps/bar.

Getting better overhead. Still quite wobbly. 

Today I only had 90 minutes to train. 

Rebounding - 60 minutes.

Bentover Barbell Rows - 5 sets/12 reps/135lbs.

Another good day.
