Squats

I didn't feel like training today, so I convinced myself to do everything else except training. However, once I got all that done I was clean out of excuses. Time for Squats. 

Rebounding - 60 minutes. 

Leg Swings, Dynamic Stretches and Theragun. 

Squats - bar/12 reps,  135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps,315lbs/8 reps, 365lbs/4 reps, 405lbs/1 rep, 225lbs/10 reps.




Theragun 

Now it's time to get ready for my wife's birthday.
