Rebounding and Hang

I totally wanted to train on Canada Day but the family had other plans for me. We went to the theater and watched The Flash. It was really good. I liked how they incorporated the old and the new. I'll leave it at that so I don't ruin it for those who haven't seen it. 


Today is really HOT!!! Too hot to train properly. Or, at least that's my excuse. I did rebound for thirty minutes. I also did some leg swings and static grip hangs. These felt alright so I'll have to try them again regularly with training.
