Log Press

What a glorious day! It's 24°C with a pleasant breeze. A perfect day to train outside. 

Kettlebell Swings - 2 sets/20 reps/40lbs.

Goblet Squats - 40lbs/12 reps.

Log Press - 2 sets/6,8 reps/125lbs, 2 sets/6,8 reps/145lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/165lbs.




Keg Lifts - 150lbs/5 reps.


Now I'm tired and hungry. All this sunshine and fresh air is exhausting.  Fun training day.
