Feeling solid.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/10 reps, 185lbs/9 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 275lbs/7 reps, 315lbs/6 reps.
