Bench Press

My lower back is a little suspect today. In a way that concerns me for overhead presses. That said, I'll lay down.

Rebounding - 45 minutes. (Wanted 10500 steps today)

Light Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 295lbs/3 reps, 315lbs/1 rep, 335lbs/1 rep, 345lbs/1 rep.




Narrow Grip Bench Press - 3 sets/8,10,14 reps/225lbs.

OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/16 reps/45lbs.

I wanted to go 355lbs but I'll leave a little meat on the bone for next time. 345lbs felt great!
