Yesterday I rebounded for an hour in the morning. Then, in the afternoon I bounced for another 45 minutes to make sure I had plenty of steps and zone minutes. I finished up with static stretches which I've been neglected lately. This morning I felt great.
So far today I'm doing pretty good. I bounced for an hour. Afterwards I finished up with more static stretches.
I feel heavier lately despite what the scale says. My current bodyweight is about 335lbs.
