Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches.
Tire Deadlifts - (OH Grip) 3 sets/8 reps/235lbs, (OH Grip) 3 sets/6 reps/305lbs, (figure 8 straps) 2 sets/8,10 reps/355lbs.
I seriously considered doing one more set of 355lbs but my head really wasn't in it. Better than last time but leave a little for next time. Sounds like a good quote.
