ME Squats

Everything has been feeling good lately. Chain squats last week inspired me to work a heavy single. I'm not in any hurry to increase my 1RM. More importantly is feeling comfortable with the weight and maintaining good form. Today I got all the ticks in the boxes.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, (put on my belt) 315lbs/1 rep, 365lbs/1 rep, 415lbs/1 rep.




Static Stretches. 

415lbs felt like nothing. "Down, Up." Watching the video after, my form stayed throughout. I obviously could have managed either another rep or a heavier weight. But why? It's better than I've done in a while and that's good.
