Presses

It's a little cooler today. All morning it rained. Great day to open the garage door and train. 

Rebounding. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/7 reps/275lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/280lbs.



Standing Barbell Press - 135lbs/8 reps, 2 sets/8 reps/150lbs.


Now I gotta get a shower and get ready for my daughter's graduation dinner.
