Tire Deadlifts

Yesterday I spent the day gardening. You would think gardening is relaxing. Don't you believe it. I got about 15k steps and about an hour of zone minutes. I burned 5,000 calories. Tough day.

Bit of goofing around today. I tried out two suits for Deadlifts. How'd it go? It sucked!

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings with knee band and Dynamic Stretches.

Tire Deadlifts - 235lbs/6 reps, 325lbs/3 reps, 415lbs/1 rep, 505lbs/1 rep (suit), 505lbs/1 rep (suit), 525lbs/1 rep (no suit +straps), 525lbs/1 rep (no suit + no straps), 435lbs/6 reps (straps), 235lbs/6 reps.






I really wanted to do better. However,  I had fun and moved some weight. Now it's getting late. Gotta eat, then shower, then bed.
