Squats

Another glorious day in the garage. It's warm but not hot. Still, I got a good sweat on.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 335lbs/4 reps, 355lbs/3 reps, 375lbs/2 reps, 3 sets/6,6,8 reps/235lbs.




Static Stretches. 

I'm happy with today's performance.
