SSB Squats

Motivation was lacking today. Usually when this happens I punish myself. I wouldn't call it punishment today but I did push my boundaries past previous SSB Squat days.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - 50lbs (bar)/12 reps, 140lbs/10 reps, 230lbs/8 reps, 320lbs/4 reps, 320lbs/2 reps, 340lbs/2 reps, 365lbs/2 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/230lbs.





I'm still having issues finding the right balance with the SSB. Strength is getting better. At least that's something. Improve a little everyday.
