Rebounding Plus

Came home from work and did a little exercising. 

Rebounding - 30 min.

Leg Swings with light band/2 sets.

Stretches. 

Leg Swings with heavy band/1 set.

Stretches. 

Massage with Theragun. 

A good amount of "Stuff" to prepare me for training this next week.
