OH Pressing

Damn it's hot today. +35°C. I got out to the garage before it got too hot. Still it was very warm.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Standing Barbell Press - 4 sets/8,8,10,10 reps/135lbs.

Viking Press - 45lbs/12 reps, 90lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps.


This is the first time using my new attachment. Not the best quality but it got the job done. I will play around with the set up. Did I mention it's HOT!!!
