Buffalo Bar Squats

It's gonna be a busy afternoon. That means get er' done before noon. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Buffalo Bar Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/100lbs, 165lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/12 reps, 275lbs/10 reps, 325lbs/6 reps.




Theragun Massage 

I put my belt on for the last set only. I moved my rack. Oriented towards the garage door. A bit of change now and again I find freshes things up. Everything felt great today. Lots of volume and not much time. Now I gotta get a shower and go to my daughter's high-school graduation.
