Rebounding and Ab Sling

Pushing my limits a little bit more. I put on a movie and bounced the entire time. With some extra core work. 

Light Stretches. 

Rebounding - 90 minutes. 

Ab Sling Knee Ups - 8 sets/15 reps (1 set every 10 minutes)

My plan for the afternoon and evening is to spend some time with my massager. Feeling pretty good.
