Keg Lift and Trap Bar Deadlifts

Still getting ready for the Strongman competition next week. Today went really well. 

Rebounding - 10 minutes. 

Kettlebell Swings - 20 reps/40lbs.

Trap Bar Deadlifts - 135lbs/12 reps, 235lbs/12 reps, 335lbs/12 reps, 435lbs/4 + 12 reps.



Mixed in and after Deadlifts was Keg Lifts. 

Keg Lifts - 3 sets/3 reps/150lbs.


After all the core work yesterday this training was tough. The 4 + 12 reps were due to straps. Regular straps didn't work very well. Figure 8 straps are awesome. Still feeling really good.
