Log Lift and Rebounding

Another good day of training. 

Rebounding - 10 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Log Lifts - 1 clean/12 presses/80lbs, 1 clean/8 presses/120lbs, 1 clean/6 presses/160lbs, 6 clean and press/160lbs.



I started to do some Bench Press but decided to bounce instead. 

Rebounding - 70 minutes. 



WRT another topic. My left elbow and lower back have been bothering me as of late. Last week I went to the Dr and got xrays. Today the Dr informed me that I have arthritis. Everything else looks good. I guess that's good news.
