Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 2 sets/3 reps/315lbs, 335lbs/2 reps.
BW Squats - 3 sets/12 reps.
Squats have been feeling quite suspect over the last several months. Today they felt amazing. Form was on point and drive was good. Now it's time to rest up and fuel up to get ready for Saturday.
