Even More Rebounding

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy rebounding? Of course I have.

Friday, Saturday and today I bounced. I was supposed to do a Charity Max Log Press event. However, my right elbow was bothering me so I made a mature decision and pulled out. So, bouncing I did.

Today I worked and managed 15,000 steps. With that many steps completed I wanted to double my daily step goal. Goal complete!


Every 10 minutes I did 15 push ups. Tomorrow it's time to get under a bar.
