SSB Squats

Something a little different today. I'm glad I got out the Safety Squat Bar. These felt really good.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - 3 sets/6 reps/bar, 3 sets/6 reps/150lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/200lbs, 240lbs/1 rep, 290lbs/1 rep, 3 sets/1 rep/330lbs.



This evening I'm gonna spend some time on the rebounder.
