Keeping Busy

It's a problem that I want to eat when I'm bored. Not that I'm hungry. Instead of picking I got out to the garage for some fun.

Stationary Bike - 12 minutes. 

Then my daughter sends me a text and wants to be picked up from school. After returning home I got back to work.

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Rebounder - 2,2,3,3 minutes. 


Bouncing is fun cardio. I really need to do it more often. Balance has been an issue. I found Bouncing back and forth from side to side seems to help. Tomorrow is Bench Press.
