Deadlifts

With winter well under way it is so nice to have my home/garage gym insulated and heated. It's -15°C. Brrrrr...

Stationary Bike - 16 minutes. (good)

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 185lbs/8 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/275lbs, 295lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/8 reps.


Ab Sling Knee Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.


Static Stretches.

Good training. Nothing heavy but good nonetheless.
