Bench Press - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/6 reps/265lbs, 275lbs/8 reps.
Static Upper Body Stretches.
Strong setup and efficient pressing. Feeling good and strong except for a tight lower back. It's all good.
