Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 3 sets/2,2,4 reps/365lbs.
Reverse Hyper - 2 sets/12 reps.
Static Stretches.
No videos as recording isn't allowed. All reps were very controlled. Nothing ridiculous. Had a good time spending some time with my kid.
