Driveway Tire Deadlifts

Ok fine! I said I would rest and I didn't. Actually my back felt pretty good after training yesterday and this morning. I approached training today cautiously and had no issues. 

Stationary Bike - 11 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Tire Deadlifts - 165lbs/10 reps, 235lbs/8 reps, (belt) 325lbs/6 reps, 415lbs/4 reps, 455lbs/3 reps, 455lbs/3 reps, 455lbs+orange band/3 reps.



Static Stretches.

Everything held together. I measured how much resistance the orange band adds. I conclude the way I'm using it adds about 100lbs. Cool! Now it's time to eat.
