Bench Press

Ok, I decided to do some presses. My back feels alright and laying on the bench isn't going to aggravate the situation. It didn't and that's good.

Stationary Bike - 11 minutes.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Talk to my sister for 1.5hrs

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 325lbs/3 reps, 335lbs/3 reps, 3 sets/1 rep/335lbs (solid pause)





Static Stretches. 

I'm glad I trained today.
