Deadlifts

I don't feel comfortable pulling big weights right now. I'm too fat for my belt. The only way to comfortably wear it is to leave the buckle unlatched. That's exactly what I did. However, the weight was quite manageable.

Stationary Bike - 11 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, (belt) 405lbs/1 rep, 495lbs/1 rep, 495lbs/1 rep.


Static Stretches. 

The 495lbs moved really well. If I had a smaller waistline or a slightly bigger belt I would have gone heavier. I feel like I'm good for at least 550lbs. Maybe a smidgen more.
