Stationary Bike - 15 minutes.
Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/6 reps/275lbs.
Static Stretches.
Lots of great volume training. The stuff that builds muscle. I wore my belt but I didn't wear my knee sleeves. Now I'm eating then I gotta go get some groceries.
