Keep It Up

I was working until 1700hrs today so I didn't have the time to train properly. Instead I did the following. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Vibration Table - 5 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Glad I did. Feeling good.
