Stretches and Core

Nothing fancy but still doing a little bit. 

Leg Swings and Stretches 

Laying Leg Raises With Slam Ball - 4 sets/15,15,15,20 reps/3kg.

Core is getting stronger. Mobility is getting better. Hopefully I stay together on my next squat day.
