Rotator Laterals and Band Work.
Bench Press - bar/6 reps, 95lbs/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 185lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/3 reps/315lbs.
No other work today. I spent too much time chatting. Still, those are good numbers.
