Bench Press Company

Today I had the pleasure of playing host to my good friend and National Bench Press record holder. 

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Rotator Laterals and Band Work.

Bench Press - bar/6 reps, 95lbs/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 185lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/3 reps/315lbs.

No other work today. I spent too much time chatting. Still, those are good numbers.
