Stationary Bike - 15 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretches.
Slam Ball Core Work - 4 sets/12 reps/3kg.
The Stretches are as follows,
Kneeling Hamstrings,
Kneeling Quads and Hip Flexors,
Kneeling Adductor,
Seated Hamstring,
Seated Adductor,
I don't hold the Stretches for any length of time. I keep it somewhat dynamic and move. Stretch, release, stretch, release...
Next week I'll try some light Squats. Lots of sets and lots of reps.
