Bench Press

Armed with some new knowledge and a ratified training plan I hit the bench today.

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 
Vibration Table - 3 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Rotator Laterals and Band Work. 

Bench Press - 3 sets/6 reps/bar, 6 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/185lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 255lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/295lbs, 305lbs/5+1 reps.


Alternate the Following 

Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls - 4 sets/10 reps per side/35lbs.
Seated Band Triceps Ext - 4 sets/14 reps/Orange Band. 
WG High Cable Rows - 4 sets/12 reps/55,60,65,70kg.
OH Plate Ext - 3 sets/12 reps/45lbs.

Vibration Table - 3 minutes. 

Wonderful workout. Now if I could only get my adductor to cooperate and I could train squats and deadlifts.
