Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Stretches.
Alternate the following.
Seated Band Hamstring Curls - 3 sets/12 reps.
Squats - 4 sets/6 reps/bar.
Listening to records and mostly chilling in the garage. The rest will do me good for when I get back to buisness next week.
