Alternate the following exercises.
High Cable Rows - 5 sets/12 reps/50kg.
NG Bench Press - 5 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
Little to no rest between sets. Getting a good pump and keeping my heart rate up.
Shower, then it's time to get my woman and eat!
