Nothing fancy. It's cold and damp outside. I'm riding the bike.

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 

Poop!

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Full Stretches and Mobility Work. 

That's it for today. Tomorrow is Deadlifts!
